Uno knows how to hit just the right spot when you get hungry!
Last weekend, after the parade in Boston, we wanted some food. So we went here!
So when we went in we were greeted quite quickly and immediately set! It was a Sunday evening around 7:00 or so. So it was not very busy. So one for me!
When we got to fulfill our server came right over and took our drink orders. While we waited for drinks, we had a good chance to look at their menu. One thing we noticed on this is …. There are different! This is both good and bad!
For our drinks, I ended up getting a Guinness (on tap!) And the girlfriend got a Cosmo of any kind. Both tasted great! Plus it’s one of the few places that I know that has Guinness on tap and not in a bottle! BIG plus for me !!!!!
For our app did we just get cheese sticks! Classic American app. This was an excellent choice! They came out fast fresh and hot. Although hard to screw up Uno’s delivered here! I love the simple things in life and this includes cheese sticks! I recommend them with out question for anyone who loves cheese!
For our meals we ended up sharing two things. We could not decide what to get.
One of the meals we got the BBQ chicken pizza. You can not go wrong with this. Its flat bread and yummy! Uno’s makes one of the better BBQ chicken pizza’s I have had in a long time. It tastes good! I have been so many times over the years and I’ve never had it come out bad. From any Uno Chicago Grill location. They seem to have mastered this!
For our second meal we had chicken parm! All I can say is WOW! It comes with two chicken breasts and lots of pasta! That much we both could not even clear it! The chicken is the best part. Its breaded to perfection. I do not know what they use but a light bread. Its perfect! The meat sauce was pretty generic and the pasta is well … Pasta! It combines all the good chicken parm! Come hungry!
So over all we spent about $ 50 total. This includes the tip. So what we got the price was right and fair! The server was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Fast and friendly is all I can ask for!
