Did you ever find yourself wanting something out of life, then somewhere, inside your mind, you hear a nagging little voice that says you can not get it? We all have to deal with this kind of thing, it’s not just a certain group of people who have this problem. We all do. It’s how you can get past it, and start thinking about living your life without the influence of that nagging voice that makes all the difference.
What does this have to do with attracting women?
It’s simple, really. Guys do not just limit itself to the type of car you drive, what kind of jobs they can get. They confine themselves even to the type of women that they can date. Specifically, they create the idea that there are some women who just absolutely in their league, and that, if they become a different person … they will never get a chance to actually date the type of women that they dream of.
Now, before you go thinking that I will suggest that you can update a supermodel if you’re just an average guy, making an average living, and squared away somewhere in the Midwest, do not worry. I will be a little more realistic than that.
In addition to super models you see in magazines and on TV, there’s always the women that you actually do not see in person, in your daily life as you tell yourself that they are out of your league and you’d be a fool to even think that you could approach her and get a date.
These are the woman that it is entirely possible for you to get, without having to change everything about yourself.
If you’ve ever seen one of these films from the 1980s that was sold to teens and young adults, you’ll see a fairly clear pattern. There was always a hot, popular girl who was dating a few jerks. And there was always some average guy who would watch her from afar and dream of getting with her.
The movies always made it seem like the only way that this could happen was when the guy completely reinvented himself, or did something so dramatic, as the hot and popular girl just had to finally fall for him. Now, these were just movies, but a lot of guys took that message to heart and they still do.
They think they must reinvent themselves and buy a harrowing car or be a flashy guy to get the girl. And if they do not want to do that, then they assume that she will always be taboo for them.
It is not necessarily so, however.
What most men do not realize, and you need to make women think you are out of reach are, there are no limits. Remove the shackles and realize that you do not have to play a role as filmmakers invented.
